HOW TO REGISTER

- Log in at www.riservabianca.it
- Select “SKIPASS”, “BUY A TICKET” AND “REGISTER”
- Insert your email address, confirm it and choose your password

DID YOU REGISTER ALREADY?
- Log in again and “REGISTER”, insert your email address, confirm it and choose your password

HOW TO FILL UP YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS

- Select “MANAGE TEAM” in “ACCOUNT SETTINGS”
- Select “ADD PERSON”
- Insert FIRST NAME, LAST NAME and BIRTH DATE of each person and SAVE

HOW TO ADD A KEYCARD AND MATCH IT WITH USER

- Select “MANAGE SKICARD” in “ACCOUNT SETTINGS”
- Click on “ADD SKI CARD”

Select an user
Card Nickname
It is not necessary to fill up this detail
Card Type
It is written already, it should be SKIDATA Keycard
Register your personal Keycard number found on your ski pass,
e.g.01-16147133534668922474-7
Keycards that start with serial numbers 08, 29, 25- or 09- can't be used. *

HOW TO PURCHASE ONLINE SKIPASS

Enter or register to your account, enter in SKIPASS area, BUY A SKIPASS

- Select ticket type (Daily pass, Multidays pass ecc.)
- If you choose Daily pass, select the day
o High season (Saturday and Sunday)
o Mid season (from Monday to Friday)

- Select the categoy
o Senior (born before 01.01.1965)
o Juniors (nborn between 2011 and 2017)
o Baby (born before 2018 since nowadays)
o Adults

- Select the quantity and “ADD TO CART”, “GO TO CHECKOUT”

- In “Configure products” complete the information for every pass

- Recharge the skipass to a keycard that I've already registered to my account or register a new one or buy a new keycard and pick it up at the resort (2.50 EUR)
This product will be used by (click name to select)

- Select “SAVE AND CONTINUE”

- In “REVIEW AND PAY” select “PAY NOW”, you will receive an email from SKIPASS@RISERVABIANCA To confirm your purchase

Did you choose “buy a new keycard and pick it up at the resort (2.50 EUR)”?
You will receive the QR code by email to be scanned at the ticket office or at the automatic cash machines near the physical ticket offices to obtain the ski pass with the magnetic support purchased.
If you already have the associated Key Card on your account, you can go directly to the turnstile.

Receipt and confirmation?

You will receive a e-mail receipt to the address you used in your purchase

What is the difference between a keycard/chipcard and a ticket?

Keycard is the physical card, plastic card you use when you go through the gates at the resort

Where do i find the chip/keycard number?

The number of your chip/keycard is printed on the plastic card

I forgot my keycard at home

Please go to the ticketoffice and they will help you.

HOW CAN I GET A KEY CARD?

The Keycard should be placed in your left pocket.

Do I have to choose a specific date?

The skipass you purchased is valid for the period you purchased.

Do I have to go to the ticketoffice first?

If you reloaded a Keycard/chipcard you cand go directly to the slopes, unless the product you bought requires other information.

If you did not have Keycard and ordered this online, you'll need to go to the ticketoffice to pick this up.
